love2
This weekend, I enjoyed myself a lot: we visited Nina’s house and went to karaoke on Friday’s night, which is always the most exciting time in an entire week, went to Annapolis on Saturday, and D.C. again to look around 2 big museums and for sight seeing. I realized I love to have fun through karaoke after all. Since I got a lot of food (I like cookies!)I had power, energy at that time, so I could sing (but my voice or sense of rhythm are terrible. sorry*), dance, and jump sometimes. Even we went back to Quality Inn. I was so exited that I couldn’t sleep soon after! Next day, Annapolis became one of the best places I‘d love to live in in my future when I would be retired. It was really sunny day but the atmosphere there made me happier! I ate crab dip, which was good, and bought many souvenirs (all for myself!!) I was born in Yokohama where there is also nice bay and harbor so I felt little bit familiar, but the one in Annapolis has something different though some points they are similar. It was more like the one in Disney land (Disney Sea), so was foreign countries! After the cruise with wonderful ship, I made my mind to own my ship someday; at least, I want to get a license to control those. I love ocean and people living there. They were cool! That‘s my type, I’ve found finally hahaha-*Anyway, I could be really relaxed on that day. Yesterday was hard on contrary. I chose NMAI and National Museum of Natural History. Both were really interesting to explore inside, but lack of time as usual….so I bought some books to supply my little knowledge. I was content that I could go to Lincoln memorial, which I couldn’t go the last time, after the museum. I was too tired to walk, but now I ‘m fine thanks to delicious food and sound sleep. My classmates are chatting through internet now! But I can’t follow…oh no!

Wow, Yayoi, what a long post! I am sure you will be able to learn to follow the chats at Tapped In because you type quickly. Just keep practicing and you will get better at it! I love Annapolis, too. It's such a pretty little city and I love being near the water. I don't want to drive the boat, though, just sit on it and soak up the sun and the bay breeze. :-)
Hello, Yayoi!
As always, I enjoyed reading through your post about the weekend, which you seemed to have a lot of fun doing many different things. ^^ I wish I were there with you guys to join Karaoke, and to hear you sing the song!
Also, I think you'll be able to type faster if you do online chats often, I'm sure about that! ^^ I hope that I'll be able to talk to you again via the internet, and hopefually face to face in the campus. ^^
Hello, Yayoi.
Wow! What a long, detailed post!
I think you had a good time at the cook-out at Nina-sensei's house and then singing at the karaoke place. I loved the description of your energy during and after the karaoke!
I also enjoyed reading your impressions of the trip to Annapolis on Saturday. I hope you achieve your dream of owning a ship some day!
I think you had a good time at the museums, too, but I completely understand your lack of time to see and remember as much as possible. I've had similar experiences in many museums.
I enjoyed chatting with your classmates on Monday (even though I had to leave for part of the chat).
Enjoy the rest of your time in the U.S.A.!
